Cozy house located in a quiet neighborhood! Positive: 8-10 minutes drive from the old town and other attractions. We traveled with our two dogs, the house has a garage, a patio with separate entrance, 3 decent rooms, the master has its own bathroom and walking closet, the beds were very comfortable, it has all the amenities that make you feel at home, the supermarket is minutes from the house to stock the fridge and prepare something simple one night or enjoy a good movie. Communication with the host was excellent. We would highly recommend this house.

Worth the money Positive: The home was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Home was close to attractions, restaurants and shopping. The beds were very comfortable. Negative: The backyard would have been more enjoyable if there was a patio and outdoor furniture or fire pit.

Great little home in St. Augustine. Away from the hustle and bustle, but a quick drive to anywhere in the area. Positive: When we first arrived, I was a little surprised that the property was off the beaten path. Possibly even a little disappointing. However, we soon found out that the location was great! We were only a few minutes drive from everything the entire weekend.  The home is definitely new construction, everything is clean and new. Negative: The rooms were small. One of the queens had a trundle bed but we could not access the bed without moving furniture around.
