Positive: The house was beautiful and so close to down town! Negative: I loved everything!

Positive: House was nicely furnished, great indoor and outdoor lighting. It's located in a quiet area, but still not too far from downtown. It's an easy drive into the city. There's a grocery store and some restaurants right up the street. Loved that they were pet friendly. Hosts were great. Upon my arrival around 10 at night, the door code didn't work. I gave the host a call and they answered quickly and resolved the issue. I noticed the master bedroom TV was broken a let the host know, and they promptly replaced the TV the next day. Negative: Just some minor gripes: Master bedroom bed is squeaky. Light sleepers take note: the air handler is located in a closet in the hallway and is quite noisy. I also wish the pet policy was on the listing. We weren't able to view it until after we paid. We brought our elderly cat with us since we need to give her medicine once a day. The pet policy states that pets are not allowed on the furniture, or if you can't prevent them from being on the bed, that you should bring your own blanket. As cat owners know, cats will do what they want. Luckily we brought our own blankets and just covered the beds with them. Just something to keep in mind.

Cozy bungalow. Positive: The Bungalow was exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable. It had some Staples such as coffee salt pepper sugar and the cupboards. Negative: I did not find anything that I did not like.

Very pleasant place and very clean. Very satisfied for a family vacation. Positive: Great place, Everything was very clean and neat. Great layout, perfect place for a family trips. Location wasn't too far from the old town in St. Augustine. Negative: The location didn't look the best, but it was a very quiet neighborhood. If I have to critique and be anal. There was a small water leak in the kitchen faucet.
